RMIG Business Values and Policies

Our Vision is “to be the Best Choice for our customers, shareholder and employees” and to be the chosen partner in creating value by supplying products and services based on perforation technology.
 
The vision of the RMIG organisation is to develop into a more global thinking company, by identifying and implementing group processes, positions and roles whenever possible, provided that the RMIG Group may benefit from it. Each and every manager is expected to consider the RMIG Group’s business before the local business.
 
This vision is implemented and driven by all employees and is fully supported by the Group’s senior management, in order to maintain  and continuously improve a unified Quality Management System (QMS) following the EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
 
The QMS is identified as a strategic tool to comply with or Business Values and Policies included in the following statements:

Generating value
RMIG is committed to generating value for our shareholder, by setting objectives to pursue growth and increased profitability. It will make available the necessary tools, technologies and projects to adequately support the established targets.
 
Solutions provider
RMIG is committed to becoming knowledgeable of market competition and customer needs, acting as a solutions provider. The customer needs will be thoroughly investigated and understood; the requirements made clear and assured; the satisfaction monitored and analysed.
 
Business processes
RMIG identifies, documents and maintains control over our business processes with the objective to unify the processes and increase our effectiveness following the principle of empowerment which delegates responsibilities at the lowest competent level of the organization. Processes will be coordinated, correlated and steered towards the established objectives.
 
Objectives
RMIG establishes strategies and measurable objectives which are shared through the whole organization. Every level in the organization is involved and motivated in the achievement of the objectives. The objectives will be reviewed annually to promote continuous improvement within the Group. The objectives are to be adopted locally as a part of the local QA management together with the relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Quality Policy
The customer’s satisfaction is our business. We will identify and meet our customer’s needs and aim to surpass his expectations,  and become his business partner through our professionalism, knowledge and experience. The intention of the RMIG Group quality policy is to form a Group QA organisation, ensuring a uniform quality policy and continuous improvements whenever possible.
The quality policy in every subsidiary will comply with this document.

Human Resources
It is the intention of RMIG to promote Human Resources through defining a clear Group organization and the roles therein, by drawing on our experience, and by providing training and completing  regular performance reviews. Our HR philosophy will be based on rewarding for the achievement of objectives.
 
Competitiveness, reliability and mutual trust
RMIG establishes mutually beneficial relationships with key suppliers based on trust and reliability, making clear the needs of RMIG and our customers, in order to ultimately improve competitiveness.
 
Social and environmental issues
The Company acknowledges and fulfils its role as a player within local society and the environment. Our minimum objective is to comply with local regulations as defined by law. Our aim is to contribute and go beyond this by developing advanced and sustainable safety- , social and environmental policies.
