Ownership
RMIG, which is the parent company of the Group, is solely owned by the Rich. Müller-Foundation. Through RMIG, the Foundation controls all sales and production units in the Group.
The Foundation was established by Ernst and Elida Müller in the mid‑1960s. The Rich. Müller-Foundation is an independent institution, whose primary aim is to secure the continued operation and development of RMIG, ensuring that the company maintains a high technical and economic standard.
